Robert S. Travis is a skillful negotiator and able adversaries in court, aggressively pursuing clients' interests. However, I also have a reputation among law enforcement officers and prosecutors for practicing criminal law with compassion and integrity, giving me credibility and allowing me to establish important professional relationships. My strategic location across from the courts, police and prosecutors office allows me to aggressively and immediately begin defending your rights. Early intervention can lead to cases being rejected, filed as a misdemeanor as opposed to a felony, or set for an office hearing.

Robert S. Travis is dedicated to his clients. He works hard for them and always seeks to do what is in their best interests. I also listen to them, many of whom are people who feel like they aren't listened to enough.  My clients come back for my help when they need to and recommend me to their family and friends. Some of my clients are third-generation clients.

Testimonials

Compassion

I have had issues with drugs my whole life. Recently, I was arrested for possession and intent to distribute. Not only did Mr. Travis get my charges reduced, but he also met with my family and played an instrumental role in convincing me that I needed to go into rehab. I can't thank him enough for helping me get my life back.

Honesty

Mr. Travis did not exaggerate the chances I had to win my case. I was charged with sexual assault, and we had the chance to make a plea bargain. He advised me to take the plea bargain instead of going to trial, which would have been more monetarily beneficial to him. The results of the plea bargain were optimal. He followed through with his promise to meet with my probation officer in order to discuss my progress, even after I had paid his fee.
